This high production roller is ideal for large volume resturants where a quality product and minimizing cost are important. The DXR-202 has simple operating controls and provides repeatable results with little training. It has stainless steel rollers, a stainless steel finish, and a hinged roller cover to simplify cleaning and maintenance.
