The International Pizza Expo 2009 in Las Vegas

Discuss this article on the community forums... The show was excellent! Over 5,700 attendees made the trip to Las Vegas. This show was a little different from the past by the attendees; the traffic was attended by high quality decision makers. We also ran into a lot of first time pizza operators looking how to become successful 1st time pizza restaurant owners. For DoughXpress... The introduction of the Dough Divider/Rounders was a big hit! We displayed both DX-JN - Dough Divider Rounder and the DX-BMIH Dough Divider. We are filling a need for customers to take the labor out of dividing and rounding their dough balls. Both Machines are NSF, UL & USDA certified. This show has done more this year than any other show we have exhibited in the past. The doughxpress line is growing the increase product line has brought more traffic to our booth more than ever before. We are planning to continue to grow our product line every year to give customers more of broad choice on doughxpress products. We have a lot a work ahead of us with big time chain operators. We are already looking forward to the IPE Show on Las Vegas for 2010. In the near future you will see a lot more DoughXpress equipment in your neighborhood pizza shop.
